Day had turned dark and stormy;
Memorial Day's Rainbow soon presented itself.
More than one rainbow came for the world to behold
One was brightly visible;
Another was trying to emerge!
Two for the price of one was more precious than gold.
God proved his promises never are just one:
I never saw a rainbow
That seemed to be sending us through it
The start filled one side of the road;
The middle was basting us in the glow from heaven
That connected to its radiant end.
