The Executors of the Penny King's Estate, according to instructions of his Last Will and Testament, are busy making arrangements to funnel $200 million into Soap Lake Real Estate on an all or none basis, interest free to recreate the collapsed real estate market in the City of Soap Lake!
In the past six months there have been less than two sales closed in the city of Soap Lake while more than $20 million (at current asking prices) worth of property remains unsold, much of it not listed with local Realtors. New construction permits do not exist and Grant County has issued less than $5 million in permits for all of 2010 to date.
The Infinite Freedom Foundations of Washington State are said to be in negotiations with the Second Amendment Foundation of Bellevue Washington to donate between $2.5 million and $25 million in zero interest mortgage notes secured by properties in Douglas, Grant and Okanagon Counties.
Officials of each organization were not available to comment for this story!
The Penny King's Estate is also said to be in final negotiations on the purchase and sale of more than 4,000 Acres of Land in Washington State valued at $20 million which has been pledged to rebuild "Pennysville's" in three depressed counties in Washington.
In other Local Soap Lake News, assistant secretaries working in the legal department for Penny King Productions out of secret offices in Budapest, Hungary are said to be contacting the heirs of the Late Great Penny King to let them know about their inheritance.
It has been rumored locally that the Penny King left a very large part of his estate to the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (www.ioof.org) 800-235-8358.
The Penny King's sister, Mariette Acts, is said to be representing the Penny King's Estate in that matter and was not available for comment!
Thomas Janos Acts, the Penny King's only living brother who works and lives in Yellowstone National Park, has been contacted about his brother's recent death, but representatives of the estate have not yet been able to get him to come to Soap Lake to pick up some of the Penny King's Personal Belongings.
The Federal Government recently approved an $80 million grant to update fiber optics and high speed Internet access lines to various rural areas in Washington. "Soap Lake is the last city to receive high speed fiber optic Internet connections which is expected to come on line some time in 2011," according to a local pole inspector.
