Going Postal

James R. Ford

except her only son, who told his employer

overstuffed mailbox, filled with advertisements

two large pizzas, $7.95, delivered

a free diabetes test

carpet cleaning, second room free

and a birthday card from a sister in Maine

"Hope your day was happy,

Love, Beatrice"
