That evening I tried the Gold Bond lotion for the first time and I was impressed. This is lotion is very thick, so thick in fact that it took a couple of hard pushes on the dispenser to get the lotion out. The lotion had a clean scent, nothing too strong or offensive. I did not find this lotion to be greasy at all and it seemed to be living up to it's promises. Once the lotion had penetrated (after several seconds), I noticed that my heels had already started looking better. They appeared smoother than they had and the rough edges had gone away. I was very impressed but wondered if it would last. Most lotions that I have used only soften the skin for a couple of hours and then seem to wear off. I'm happy to report that is not the case with this lotion. It lasted all day, until my next application. This was amazing to me as I walk on those feet!

I have now been using this lotion for about a month and my skin has been getting better with each application. I apply every night before bed and my cracked heels are looking smooth and healthy. I'm no longer embarassed to wear sandles or go barefoot at the beach. I have recommended this lotion to my friends and family who have dry skin and will continue to do so in the future.
