Virginia is also home to three of the Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park sites. Families can enjoy camping in the great outdoors in tent or RV while the kids are entertained with swimming pools, game rooms, playgrounds and more. No need to be stranded while in the wilderness! The Yogi sites have civilization right around the bend - including a laundromat! And, the kids may enjoy staying in a cabin as opposed to a traditional camping trip.
There is also the Cherrystone Family Camping Resort in Virginia, named one of the best family resorts in the mid-Atlantic region. The site boats of beautiful Virginia waterfront property, miniature golf and a clubhouse. Campers can opt to stay in cabins as well.
