As the day comes to an end, Father, remind me of any way I have failed You.
Hold me accountable because I only want to please You with everything I do.
You gave me Your Spirit to guide me but I'm afraid I let self get in the way.
Even though You're right here to help me, self sometimes has the last say.
Please forgive me as I close my eyes to rest.
I know You are my Loving Father and for me You want the very best.
You even know what tomorrow holds and Father, if I am included in that plan, I promise to try harder to be the example for others to follow.
To be a witness for You to my fellowman.
