Some people do not understand why some people quit their jobs without being fired by their employers. There are several reasons why people quit their jobs and move on to the next job or start looking for another job as soon as they hand in their two weeks notice.

Here are some of the reasons why you too can quit your pain in the neck job.

Your place of work is threatening to go under and off course you don't want to wait there until you are handed a letter, stating that the company has folded. If you notice that the company is losing customers, money and there is talk of possible closure, here is the best time to hand in your two weeks notice.

You should quit your present job if your pay check cannot cover your current expenses i.e. you bought a car, have a new baby etc. You should consider looking for a job that can cover your current expenses and still have some money left over to put in your savings account.

If you hate going to work, then it is time to quit your job!!! Why on earth should you work in a job you loath? It can affect your health, because you will experience a lot of stress trying to cope with your hateful job.

You should quit a job that goes against your moral ethics. If you find out that your company lies to its customers about the quality of their product(s) or you find out that their products can cause harm to their consumers, then it is okay to quit your job and probably report the company management to the appropriate quarters.

You can quit your job if you are perceived as a loser, slacker or the office dud by your employer and co-workers. Because you are likely not going to reach the peak of that job with that reputation preceding you.

You can quit your job if you and your manager do not see eye to eye, and all your efforts to patch things up seems to go unnoticed by your manager.

If your job does not allow you to have some time to relax with your family or friends. This can cause your stress levels to rise which can affect your physical and mental health in the process. Do not work in a job that could put a strain on your relationship with your family and friends.

If your job offers little or no challenge, then it is time to quit. No one can improve without challenges because there is no testimony without a test!

If certain company laws don't go down well with you, then you can quit your job and look for a company that you are in-sync with. For example, if your company have certain dress codes that you find unsatisfactory, you should look for a job in a company that has flexible dress codes.

No matter your decision, be sure that you are happy at your new place of work.
