Good-Bye Michael Jackson

A Personal Good-bye to Michael Jackson, the King of Pop and the Man in the Mirror

Carmella Mae Dunkin
Dearest Michael,

It is with great sadness that I write these words today. On June 25, 2009, Michael, you passed away, yesterday they laid your body to rest, as the entire world mourned your death. You were a great man, a talented artist in many ways. You were a father to three children who must now continue on without you in a world where so many thought you had become really weird! I question all the media trash I've heard over the years. How much truth is there here? I must say you did really flip me out when you were hanging your third child over that balcony when he was a wee babe, but now I understand a bit better why you were up there at all. Drugs I feel was what put you up there, drugs are what took you from us all. You have become yet another great icon in the music world, that was taken much too soon. I don't blame you Michael, you were in pain, you needed help, you reached out to get help, unfortunately the help you received became your demise.

I watched, (and recorded), all of your memorial yesterday. The sadness in that collosium was over powering. Your young daughter was so sad she could barely spit out "I love you". Why did this happen? Why is it that legal, pharmaceutical drugs seem to rule this country anymore? Didn't you know that there are herbs that can help you? Didn't you know that a good diet, of the right foods would also help a lot? Why do we all continue to treat doctors as though they are some kind of god? We have a great and mighty God, and he created everything that we need. Plants, herbs, animals, he created it all for us so that we could live a healthy life. He did not give us chemically produced, synthetic pills, He gave us living matter with natural occurring nutrients, anti inflamatories, anti biotics, pain killers, plants high in the perfect balance of omega 3 and 6. God gave all of this to us, naturally to keep us healthy, and He gave us PLANTS, (not synthetic recreations), that help and cure all sorts of ailments. unfortunately man, (pharma companies), felt they were smarter than God, and said all the plants that God created to help with illness, yes I am talking about the cocoa plant, poppy, etc., these all are natural forms of what the pharma companies are selling to the public in large amounts now days, only the pharmas are not using natural extracts, they are recreating the chemical structure of the plant with chemicals so they can cheaply make tons, then sell them for tons!

Michael, I Pray that something good comes from the loss of the King of Pop, I Pray that people will open their eyes, and see just how horrible drugs really are. We need to get back to the way God intended for us to live. We need to get all the drugs, chemicals, processed foods, all of the crap needs to go, and we need to get back to the natural living that God intended for us.

I'm sorry that this become about the drugs that killed you, but I feel there is an important message for those that will listen and hear. Drugs kill, there is no if's, and's, or but's about it. Drugs kill, and we all desperately need to wake up, and get back to nature, and away from all the drugs, hormones, antibiotics, chemicals, etc. It needs to stop before any more wonderful people such as yourself dies.

Michael you were and will always be the King of Pop, I just so wish you could have seen the bad in what was happening to you, before you were labeled a freak, and weirdo. I do not see you as that, I see you as a lost man, wrapped up too tightly in man's corruption and drugs. It was not the Michael Jackson that I have known and loved as an entertainer since 1970 when I was only 8 years old that died last week. The Michael that died last week was the Michael that had become lost, and a victim of yet another doctors free will to pass out lethal chemicals that kill! The real Michael was lost within, and unable to really come out, although I think he tried, but the drugs were too powerful.

I never felt that you were a bad person, not even when I saw you on that balcony with your infant son. I thought you were a lost soul, begging to be helped, unfortunately the right people, the ones that could have helped you, never saw it, never heard it, never helped you. You would have never listened to me, I am mearly a fan and you were a multi million dollar, celeb. Still I should have tried. Would you have listen though?

So it is with great sadness Michael, that I now write these words to you. I wish you could have seen, I wish you could have known, I wish you were still alive, but I Pray for you, and I hope that you had known Jesus, even if only at the last moment of your life, because it would be nice to see that Michael Jackson, the King of Pop was not forgotten in Heaven!

You will be remembered by many, many generations to come Michael, and you will be deeply missed by all those who you have touched in your life with your music and your artistry.

Good -bye to the "Man In The Mirror"!
