Most women have grown accustomed to using the old fashioned hair pin to help keep their hair in place and I personally have used many traditional hair pins over the years, so when I was given the opportunity to try the Simple Styles Spin Pin by Goody, I was very excited to try it and to see how well it could hold my hair in place.
Goody was founded in 1907 by Henry Goodman and has been in operation for over 100 years. From what began as a family push cart business has now become the world's biggest producer of high quality combs, brushes, and hair accessory items. Over the decades, the company has helped thousands of people with their hair care needs by designing products that will benefit them and Goody has reinforced its place as a major leader in the hair grooming, accessory, and fashion market.
Goody has a huge variety of hair accessories and styling tools to choose from and now the company has created a new, innovative pin that is like no other that will keep your hairstyle neatly in place and it works better than a traditional hair pin. It is called the Goody Simple Styles Spin Pin.
If you want your hair to stay put and not fly all over the place, then I highly suggest that you try the Simple Styles Spin Pin. This unique hair pin looks like a little metal coil or a small sized slinky, it is very sturdy, and is about 2 inches long. My first thoughts when I saw the Goody Simple Styles Spin Pin were "What is this"? "How can I use it?" I had never seen a hair pin like this before, so of course, I had to read the directions. I proceeded to take some of my hair, brushed it to one side, took the Spin Pin in my hand, and then twisted it into my hair to hold my chosen style securely in place. I noticed that it worked better than the old fashioned hair pins that I normally would use and I especially liked my results when I wore my hair in a bun. Also, the Spin Pin does not pull or adhere tightly to the hair like traditional pins often do.
There are two Simple Styles Spin Pins in a single package, which doesn't seem like much, but you may be surprised at how just two Spin Pins will hold your hair securely in place easily and comfortably. They come in two colors to choose from brown and gold. The only thing that I do not like about the Spin Pin is that you cannot pin up a few hairs on the side of your head like you can with a traditional hair pin, because the pin is not flat. In my opinion, Spin Pins work the best if you want to wear your hair in a chignon, French Twist, or bun.
My experience with the Goody Simple Styles Spin Pin has been a positive one. It is simple, affordable, and holds hair in place without needing to use clips, elastics bands, or scrunchies. It is a wonderful product for a great price. I like it and I believe that you will too.
You can find Goody Simple Styles Spin Pin at Target for $5.99.
