Gosselin Wars Continue

It's the latest in the ongoing war between embattled spouses Jon and Kate Gosselin, the reality parents who rose to stardom featuring their eight children on The Learning Channel.

Earlier this year, the marriage exploded with accounts of infidelity and incompatibility. Since then, the couple has filed for divorce, shared visitation, brought their saga into the show, and more.

Last week, The Learning Channel (TLC) announced that Jon would be dropped from the show, which would sport a new title, "Kate Plus Eight". On the heels of that announcement, daddy Jon announced on Larry King Live that he had asked that the show be stopped, that all filming of his children be suspended.

Since the original contract allowed for either parent to call it quits, the show is halted until further notice and until the lawyers can hammer out a deal between the bitter, embattled parents.

But now a new twist emerges into the breakup of the Gosselin marriage and the seeming destruction of the Gosselin family - Kate Gosselin in an already planned appearance on The Today Show announced today that soon to be ex-hubby Jon Gosselin has taken most of the funds from their joint banking account, an account that totaled $251,000 until he withdrew the funds.

Since it is a joint account, Jon Gosselin has the right to remove money but now Kate is crying that she can't pay the bills for their brood. The children's money, in a separate account set up by mother Kate, is safe, she says but she doesn't know how she will pay the bills that are coming due.

Is this truly an example of how far Jon Gosselin has fallen or it it simply more hype in the ongoing war between the Gosselins? Is the accusation true or is it false and does Kate have more money stashed away somewhere to feed her eight kids?

No one knows for sure but America has a front row seat on the bitter breakdown of this famous marriage and the one thing we can be certain about is that there will be more shocking news to come out of the Gosselin family in the days to come.
