GOT Review: Popular Dallas Gyms

Dallas, Texas Has Great Gyms for Anyone Trying to Stay in Shape

Marie Puddu
Health clubs, fitness centers, gyms...they come in all shapes and sizes, just like the people that join them. In Dallas, Texas, staying fit is a hot topic and a popular activity. There seems to be no shortage of health clubs here. We at Get Online Texas did a survey of a few of those popular gyms worth visiting in Dallas.

Move Studio
http://www.movestudio.com/

They have a comprehensive fitness program ranging from pilates to yoga to dance and general workouts. In their website, they have a fixed menu on the left which should show you how to get around the Move Studio. You can view class schedules, find out who the instructors are, how much you should be paying, and the methods that they teach to help you keep fit. Even though their motto is "experiences designed for grown-ups", they have a version of childcare services for parents who want to work out without their kids tagging along.

TELOS Fitness Center
http://www.telosfitnesscenter.com/

Telos Fitness Center was named one of the 9 best gyms in Dallas. Apart from personalized services, they offer something called Ortho-Kinetics. "Ortho-Kinetics is a comprehensive system of corrective exercise training and soft tissue therapy designed to develop optimal human performance." The minimum rate of membership is $30 per month which gives you access to all the amenities and facilities of Telos, plus discounts. Members rave about the luxury and professionalism of Telos. You can even get a haircut here.

Body Beautiful Studio
http://www.bodybeautifulstudio.com/

Body Beautiful is not just a gym or a health club, they also offer services that are not common in places where all you expect are gym equipment. They are more focused on beauty or weight loss. This means you can get a tan, a cellulite treatment, or a spa facial treatment. There is little to see on their website other than basic information, but you can tell from the customer reviews that they do a good job of keeping customers (mostly women) in tip-top shape. They do not have a list of pricing of their services so you would have to call them personally.

The Texas Club
http://www.thetexasclubfitness.com/

The Texas Club wasn't an elite gym for nothing. In fact, they have everything, including a spiffy website. They have lots of complimentary stuff, it's almost like staying in any Las Vegas hotel. Group classes, racquetball, basketball, indoor pool, indoor track, saunas, strength training and cardio fitness, the features seem endless. The only major complaint is that all the wonderful gym amenities come with an expensive membership rate. If you feel you deserve the royal treatment, you should definitely give The Texas Club a try. You can email them to request for a free 2-week pass.

Dallas gyms thrive because of the cosmopolitan attitude of the denizens in Dallas. If you know a gym that you feel deserves an online review, contact us at Get Online Texas.
