Two: Blueberries are an anti-inflammatory. This will help to reduce the pain that you experience when you have gout.
These are just two alternatives that you can use right away. You will want to do some research to find out about others. There are quite a few others available.
It doesn't matter whether you use gout medication or whether you use a natural alternative. You just need to get the gout treated as soon as you can. You don't want to let it go and try to forget it because it could become worse. So do some research and find out all of your options then decide what would be better for you.
