Government Auctions and Foresclosures

Buy Cheap with Government Auctions

Cathy Pelekakis
Nearly everyone that I know has been on Ebay or some sort of auction sight, whether it has been for tickets to a concert or memorabila or looking for a good buy on computer eqiipment. I remember when my brother was on the police force in Baltimore Maryland, he would tell me that at certain times of the year the Police Department, or the State of Maryland would hold public auctions on confiscated material, furniture, houses and cars.

I wanted to know more about this type of auction and then I found out that the Federal Government does the same thing. There are auctions all the time, it was just that I didn't know when unless you watched their posts everyday. That gets kind of difficult. zEspec ially if you are as busy as I am. But I still wanted to get the best deals possible.

So I did some research on the internet and found this wonderful site that once you sign up they give you information from all over the country. Including foreclosures on houses at really good prices.

I have been a member now for over a year and have gotten a computer for my grandson at a really good price, much less than I would have had to pay if we went to a regular store like Best Buy. My son is now looking into investing in foreclosed properties that are listed here. I hope you have as much success as we have.
