A Great Music System Fully Compatible with and IPod.

NASAmir
Hey guys! What's happenin'! I know all you music lovers out there need a good music system for all your music. I just recently bought the GPX H12817 Home Music System, and well, it's GREAT! I just had to write a review for it. So let's get to it!

Overview:

- iPod compatible

Everyone has an iPod nowadays, so just put your iPod in place and rock out! It even charges your iPod for you!! My favorite part is that it comes with different brackets for each iPod. Just clip it in and your iPod will fit.

- CD Player

If you don't have an iPod, or still use CDs, then you're in luck! This music system evens has a CD player. It can play CDs, CD-Rs, and even CD-RWs. One other ingenious feature is that you can program what order the tracks play in. Very clever.

- Radio

It can tune in to AM/FM radio, but it has one setback. It can't program your favorite stations. I know, I know. Small feature, great advantages, but what can I say? It doesn't have it. I just recommend that if you have a station with your favorite songs, just download them! Check out my other articles to find out how.

- Auxiliary

Have an mp3 player that is not an iPod? Well, the GPX has an auxiliary line-in so you can still listen to your music. Also, it has a video-out jack for your iPod video/photo. Just hook it up to your TV/monitor and look at your pics!

- Display

This so-far astounding machine has a backlit display with a clock that you can set. It even has a sleep feature that you can set from 10 min to 90 min at intervals of 10. Also, it has an alarm, and you get to choose what you want to wake up with:the radio, your CD, your iPod, or a buzzer. It starts off slowly, but gets very loud! Trust me, it is always going to wake you up! Oh, and it has a snooze featuretoo. It delays it 9 minutes.

Ok, so far so good right? Well, we're not done. The basics were good enough for me, but lets take a look at the extras. By the way, if you're looking for the price, it's at the end as a surprise.

Extra things you might want to know:

- Remote control

It controls everything! Except the tuning of the radio. Again, the radio is not too well with this thing. Hey, I'm okay, I don't even listen to the radio that much! It comes with the battery and it use a button battery. It uses a CR2025 battery.

- Power

It has an AC cord(Thank God!) It is pretty long so you don't need to place it right next to an outlet.

- Audio

It has great sound too. Well duh! It's a stereo system! There is only one con to this. The cords to plug in the speakers are a little short, so you can't put it too far apart, but it's not that big of a con.

Okay, now have you read enough? I know I have! I hope I have helped you make your decision. If you need any more info, go to GPX and check it out. So, in conclusion, it's a great product, I love it, and it's very good for it's price. Oh yeah! The price! Well, check it out! For this great product, at Radio Shack, it only costs...

$79.99 +tax --- I know! Great huh? Just to let you know, I got mine on Black Friday, and it only cost me $49.99! Wait for the sales and buy it cheap! Thank you for reading my article!
