Grand mother says health is wealth, so one should take her advice to keep healthy. Granny Health tips are simple and one can do it at home.

Reduction of Fat
Grandma says have one tea spoon honey with lime water early in the morning every day. After that have two to three glass of luke warm water, will help in reduction of weight. It will also enhance the glow of the skin.

Fight cancer
Every day have two to three pieces of garlic first in the morning, it helps in protecting and fighting against cancer. Take two to three pieces of garlic mash them and then swallow them.

Eat different coloured fruits and vegetables to prevent cancer
One should have in one's diet all coloured vegetables and fruits. Eat tomatoes, Broccoli, Grapes, Turnips, plumps, and other green vegetables.

Cure Cold and cough
Drink honey one tea spoon with luke warm water and five to eight Tulsi leaves every day early in the morning.

Reduce acidity and other digestion disorders
Eat two to three roasted pieces of Ginger, every day early in the morning.

Body pains from injury
Drink one glass of warm milk mixed well with Turmeric will help in quick relief from body pains as well as from injury.

Reduce Diabetes
Have Bitter Gourd juice and few pieces of Curry leaves every day in empty stomach, helps in control of Diabetes. You can have juice made up of one Tomato, one bitter gourd, one Cucumber which reduces fat as well as Diabetes.

To keep skin healthy and glowing
Use Multani Mitti (Multani Soil) rub on face and other parts ` half an hour before bath, then rub and take bath, it will clear skin and create glowing effect. You can also prepare a paste by grinding two spoons of Channa dal, one hand full of rice, two to three pieces of Turmeric, four to five pieces of cloves, three tea spoons of Chandan paste. Apply the above prepared paste and rub well on face and other parts of the body allow it to dry. Then rub well to remove the paste from the body and take warm water bath. This will help in removing dead and dry skin and hair from the skin, giving crowning glory to you skin.

Keep one day fast
Once a week to keep fast is a good practice helps in over oiling the body.

Get rid constipation
Granny says banana a day keeps constipation away.

Mouth fresher and fights dental diseases
Chew one or two clove pieces it not only helps as a mouth freshener, but keeps the gums and dental problem at bay.
