1 box Penne Pasta
1 can 1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
2 or 3 pinches Chilli powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 can Large Hunts meat spaghetti sauce
3 or 4 flakes Crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup Shredded cheese of choice

Prepairing the noodles
In medium pan, following the directions on the noodle box; bring water to boil. Add in the penne noodles. Stir occasionally. 7-10 minutes, or until pasta is done. Strain pasta, set aside.2
Making the sauce
While noodles are boiling, combine in a bowl the spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper, chilli powder and crushed red pepper flakes. Mixing well. Set aside3
Putting it together
Once noodles are set aside, use empty pan on burner. Turn heat down to low and add the sauce. Stir. Add the can of kidney beans. Stir. Add penne pasta into pan. Mix well. Remove from heat and add 1/2 a cup of cheese. Let stand about five minutes before serving.Tip
Parmigiano cheese is a tad bit too salty for this recipe.
