Ingredients

Serves 8
1 head Lettuce
2 cups Red Grapes
1/2 cup Walnuts, crushed
3/4 cup Italian Dressing, or vinaigrette of choice
1 cup Shredded or grated parmigiano cheese
1 cup Mild salsa, strained
1 small or med. can Mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup Shredded carrots (optional)

Directions for Grape Salad

The Salad
Chop lettuce and place in medium or large bowl. Add grapes, mandarin oranges, crushed walnuts and salsa (and carrots if desired). Toss salad until mixed well. Add the dressing, and mix well. For best taste, let sit in refrigerator for a half an hour to an hour before serving.

The Final Touch
When serving, sprinkle a little of the parmigiano cheese atop the salad.
Tip
