Grape Seed Extract Dries Wet Palms Naturally

Lora
Wet, moist hands can't be hidden. This is a world of shaking on deals. Holding hands with your love. Stroking the cheek of your baby daughter.

I have seen the uncomfortable embarrassment that it causes people to have wet hands daily. There is a constant consciousness of your hands and the moister they leave. Passing a pen or even playing xbox can be revealing when another person uses the pen or the controller. All of these quick pass movements reveal wet hands. The person who takes the moist item from you may or may not mention the moisture depending on their level of discretion.

One of my children has experienced this most of his life. He doesn't like to hold hands in settings like the children's choir or even hold an adult's hand walking through the mall. He is very aware of the effect of the moisture on others. He feels that it is disgusting to have moist, sweaty hands. As a parent I grab his hand and pretend not to notice the moisture at all. This helps him learn to trust me more as I deal with an emotional issue for him with sensitivity.

What can be done? I can give you a personal discovery:
I gave my son grape seed extract for some hyperactivity. I had read that it helped with ADHD. And much to his great surprise and joy his hands dried up. Grape seed extract is high in amino acids so it could be that the excess amino acids dried up the moisture or it is something in the grape seed extract. You can get grape seed extract at any health food store. I chose the type that didn't have other ingredients or additives and I got the highest strength in pill form that I could get and I gave him the maximum dose. Try it, it may be the secret to excess hand moisture!

There are other options that could even include surgery. Ouch. But, if someone is experiencing wet hands and it effects them emotionally, socially and physically it may be worth it.

I have heard others talk of putting antiperspirant on your palms. I also watched a recent TV show where a man described his problem with wet palms and shared how he never shakes hands with anyone because of it. He avoids shaking hands by carrying a clip board or other items and by not offering his hand. If he is forced to shake he others the edge of his fingers in a weak shake so that they do not experience the moisture on his hands.

I hope that others find success with grape seed extract. There are many other benefits that you may receive from grape seed extract. One is possible reducing of wrinkles and smoother skin....so wow..dry hands and a natural face lift.
