Find Out What to Do in 20 Minutes a Day that Will Change Your Body Forever. Get a Six Pack in 4 Weeks

I wanted to introduce the two exercises that have worked wonders for me to develop my abdominal muscles and help me get a six pack. Abs are muscles that are very hard to develop but I promise that this workout works a 100% and only takes about 20 minutes a day to do. I suggest doing this 3 days straight and then take 1 day off to rest. Repeat this process for 4 to 6 weeks and you will be rewarded with great abs unless you are very overweight which will automatically take the process a little longer.

Here is the description of the two exercises and quantity of reps and sets which I suggest:

The first exercise involves your upper abdominals and requires you to lay down on your back. Bend your legs outward and touch the bottom of your feet together. Put your hands behind your head and start. Lift only your head, shoulders and upper back off the ground. Hold for 2 seconds and go back to the starting position. Do three sets of 15 repetitions each. I bet after the first set you will already start to feel your abs are working.

The second exercise involves your lower abdominals and also requires you to lay down on your back. Lay your hands straight along your body with your palms facing downwards. Lift your legs to a position where your thighs go at a 90 degree angle up from your body and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle as well. Now lift your lower back off the ground. Hold this for 1 to 2 seconds and return to the starting position. Do the same, 3 sets of 15 reps each.

I guarantee you will se major results using this technique. Good luck.
