Orange Banana Sorbet
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen concentrated orange juice
Place in food processor and chop on high speed. Eat sorbet with a spoon.

Fruit Kebabs
Take fresh fruit such as banana chunks, fresh strawberries, grapes, sliced kiwi and melon and orange slices and slide onto a wooden skewer. Make several kebabs and serve them as a family movie snack.

Peanut Butter Apples
Wash and core apple and cut into wedges. Set aside.
Take 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and one teaspoon of honey and melt in a microwave safe dish until warm and creamy.
With fork, eat apple wedges dipped into melted peanut butter mixture. A great energy treat that is tasty and kids love.

Take 1/4 cup butterscotch chips, 2 tablespoons peanut butter and melt on stove top or in microwave safe dish. Pour over melted mixture over 1/2 cup granola cereal and top with 1/2 cup cold milk. A sweet and crunchy mix of texture and flavor that will have your kids smiling.

Wash and core an apple. Slice apple into rings and top with softened cream cheese. Sprinkle with a few raisins for a sweet and healthy snack.

Take your child's favorite sweet cereals, such as Corn Pops, Fruit Loops, Cheerios or Chocolate Krispies, and mix with peanuts or roasted sunflower seeds, cheese nip type bite size crackers, little pretzels, apple chips or banana chips and raisins. Peel ripe banana and cut lengthwise in half. Roll each half into honey and sprinkle with granola cereal or chopped nuts. Lay on wax paper and freeze for 15 minutes then eat.

Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup canned peaches, drained
3 tablespoons of the juice from the canned peaches
Combine ingredients in food processor or blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately for dipping with fresh fruits or raw carrots.
