Great Food Recipes, for Those on a Low Calorie Diet

So many foods are good, but what about those
that taste great and are good for you?
I have a few for you, that taste great and are within your budget.

First is what I like to call Crab salad with a twist.

You will need

1 1/2 cup shell noodles

1 cup imitation crab

and one jar of Alfredo sauce

Boil noodles till they are desired texture. Add crab meat and Alfredo sauce, let simmer for 3-5 Min's, stirring often..

After finished cool in the fridge for 30 Min's or until texture is well molded and cooled..

Serve with salt and pepper as desired.

The next recipe is for something so simple it's hard to mess up,

I call it shrimp over rice with a kick of yummy.

You will need

Water

one bag of shrimp medium size fully cooked.

One bag of uncle Ben's 90 second minute rice- whatever type you like- I usually
use the wild rice type.

Thousand island dressing

Ranch dressing

sweet and sour sauce

garlic powder

salt and pepper

You take a regular pan and set the oven on medium add the shrimp, cook the shrimp till all the water comes out of it and then drain the water and keep shrimp in pan and then add one table spoon of the ranch dressing, one tablespoon of thousand island, one table spoon sweet and sour sauce, and 1/4 cup water.

Mix very well until you have a milky substance, let shrimp simmer for 5 Min's, stirring occasionally.
(make sure you keep the pan covered with a lid)

After 5 Min's take lid off and add a dash of garlic powder.

cook the rice in the microwave as directed.. when finished put rice on a plate, take shrimp and juices and pour over the rice.. Garnish with salt and/or pepper as desired..
