Great Funeral Ideas

Have a Memorable Funeral

Wilbern Merritt
Thinking about kicking the bucket in the near future? Great, I've got some ideas for you. Your funeral will be the last time that most anyone will ever think about you again. If you opt for a traditional funeral people will not respect you and will forget you quickly. For something different take some of my ideas and get planning.

Puppet show funerals are not popular. But I promise that no one who attends a puppet show funeral will ever get the images out of their head. They will tell everyone about your unique funeral. The basic concept is that your corpse will be strung up with wires and animated by computer controlled puppet machine. Most funeral homes will not participate in this type of funeral. Your best bet is to charge your family with having the funeral at home.

Prepare a short speech to give to the crowd and then record your voice reading it. At your funeral have the speech played while your corpse dances in front of the guests. No one will ever forget it. Your speech should include references to various people present and a dance track to end it.

In some cultures it is respectable to be eaten by a hungry dog. To have this type of funeral you will need a pack of hungry dogs and a secure location for them to consume your corpse. You don't want the dogs to eat the mourners. This is a wonderful way to use your funeral as an entertainment ticket. Consider having a betting system in place so funeral attendees can place wagers on which dog will eat which part of you.

Another fine funeral idea is to be cryogenically frozen and go on display as a science experiment. This is a great way to inspire children to learn more about science. And you have the added benefit of possibly coming back to life in a better world sometime in the far flung future. You can't beat that!

Your funeral should be something unique and special. It should reflect your life and personality. Anything you want can be yours. The funeral of your dreams awaits. Just be imaginative and get help from family and friends. Death sucks. But at least you will go out in style and be remember forever.
