Great Instant Cappuccino: French Vanilla Instant by Member's Mark

I have found the perfect instant cappuccino mix. This mix is made by Member's Mark, which is the store brand of Sam's Club and Wal-Mart. You can have a large cappuccino in a matter of seconds and it will have a great flavor as well.

Ingredients: sugar, nondairy creamers, corn syrup solids, coconut oil, sodium caseinate, a milk derivative, dipotassium phosphate, mono and diglycerides a soy derivative, silicon dioxide, sodium citrate, salt sodium alumnosilicate, instant coffee, nonfat dry milk, salt silicon dioxide as an anti-caking agent, natural and artificial flavor.

This package is a three pound container for $6.99 not a bad value.

There are several ways to prepare this drink. The first way is in a cappuccino machine: Fill hopper with 3 lb of Member's mark french vanilla cappuccino. To achieve proper mixing results in finished beverage, adjust machine to the following settings: water flow rate .80 ounce per second, powder flow rate: 3.2 grams per second.

You can also fix it in a hot pot: mix 1 2/3 cups of powder in 64 fluid ounces of hot water. If a measuring cup is not available, use 11 scoops of powder in 64 fluid ounces hot water. Each 1/3 cup of powder makes 12.5 ounces of cappuccino.

I personally like one scoop of powder to a 16 ounce cup of hot water. Mix well and add some cool whip to taste.

I also found a few recipes on the container for great drinks. Iced Recipe: mix three tablespoons or one scoop to four fluid ounces of hot water. Pour over one cup, eight once ice. Blended Recipe: mix six tablespoons or two scoops to six fluid ounces of water or milk. Add one and a half cups, or twelve ounces of ice and blend thoroughly until smooth.

This is a great treat for the coffee drinker in your family. You will find this to be a great Christmas gift as well. This is the perfect gift for the cappuccino lover on your shopping list without spending a fortune on one of those fancy machines that don't always make a good cup of Cappuccino.
