When people think no cholesterol, they think that this means they will miss out on some of their favorite foods. This isn't always true. There are many foods that we already eat that are very low in cholesterol, or in fact, don't even have cholesterol. Garlic is something that I couldn't live without. I use it on almost everything I cook. Thankfully, it is a low cholesterol food. So, don't think that you have to give up on the garlic.
