Great Reasons to Have a Web Blog - Including Making Money

Tara Cellars
A web log is an online publication of your thoughts and ideas. It is a great way to voice your opinions and is also very fun. There are many things you can do with your blog. These include earning money, voicing your opinions, and letting off some steam. If you would like to earn money blogging is as excellent way to do this. There are many companies that pay you to advertise on your blog. These companies include PayPerPost, Blogitive, Smorty, Blogvertise, Blogging Ads, BlogToProfit, ReviewMe, PayU2 Blog, LoudLaunch, Contextual Links, Sponsored Reviews, and BloggerWave. Today we will review each of these companies.

PayPerPost is a great way to earn money because they connect advertisers to you. You need to sign up at PayPerPost first and then you will be able to login and add your blogs. You blogs will be reviewed within a few days. Take note your blog has to be at least 90 days old and have at least 20 posts. Your blog cannot have any gaps for more than 30 days either. At this site you can accept up to three opportunities a day, which believe me they pay really well.

Blogitive is similar to PayPerPost, but not exactly identical. You can sign up to Blogitive here. You will simply accept the assignments that you want. Then write your honest opinion about the company, whether it is good or bad. You will be paid weekly through PayPal. In order to be accepted your blog must be 90 days old, be indexed in Google and Yahoo search engines, and have an average of three postings a week. The good things about Blogitive is that you can accept as many assignments as you want because Blogitive does not cap the number you can.

Smorty is another great site that pays you to give your honest opinion. You select what interests you and you can post in more than just one blog to earn more. You also get paid weekly by PayPal. You are assigned the tasks and must complete the blog posting within 3 days or the assignment will be given to another person. There is a minimum of 150 words per post and a maximum limitation of 400 words. Your blog must be included in both Google and Yahoo search engines. Your blog must have a minimum of two posts per week. Your blogs will be reviewed within three days. You can sign up with Smorty here.

Blogvertise is one of my favorite sites to earn on. They are great in the aspect that your blog does not have to be 90 days old to receive assignments. It will be on probation, but after it becomes 60 days old it will be put on full status if you request it. You do not necessarily have to endorse the advertiser, but just mention the site and put the link in your post three times. Blogvertise pays you through PayPal 30 days after your post is approved. Even if your blog is put on Probation you will still receive assignments, they will just be at a lower amount. You can sign up today at Blogvertise if you have a blog.

Blogging Ads is yet another great site that requires your blog to be three months old. Your blog must also be included within Google's search engine. Your blogs will usually be approved or rejected within five days. This is another site where you can pick the advertisements that you want to do. On this site you can only post 10 ads per month between all of your blogs, but you can post 3 ads per blog. You can sign up today here.

BlogToProfit is yet another excellent program that you decide which posts to make. You are paid through PayPal as with the other paid to blog sites we have discussed. You can sign up here. With this site, you can make well over $200 a month. So check them out today.

ReviewMe is another great site. You need to sign up at ReviewMe. After that if you are approved you will be placed in the ReviewMe site where clients with pay you for reviews. You can accept or reject the offers and will be paid anywhere from $20 to $200 per review. Your blog can be rejected if it is not enough posts, subscribers, or hits. If your blog is rejected you should submit it a few months later after you have increased your traffic.

PayU2Blog is yet another great site to earn money with. You will earn $5 per assignment. You will be paid through PayPal every two weeks. You cannot post negative comments on the assigned tasks, but you must relate them in the posts somehow. You can submit your blog here. I suggest signing up fast because they do not approve everyone's blog.

Loud Launch is another great site to join. You need to register for an account with LoudLauch first. Your blogs with then be reviewed and should be approved if they fit into certain requirements, such as the blog is two months old and has some readers. You will then be able to look at and choose the assignments that interest you. You will need to write the post and then add a disclosure statement from LoudLaunch. You will be paid every 30 days through PayPal. You can post two times a day per blog.

Contextual Links is quite different from the other companies I have discussed. They pay you $10 to publish a link within your blog post. You can sign up with Contextual Links here. You should also register with their forum here because most of the assignments are given through it. This is an easy way to earn money without writing an article about a company or service.

Sponsored Reviews is centered on you reviewing a product or service and posting this review in your blog. You must give an honest review and cannot be hateful, but can give constructive criticism. Each advertiser will require different lengths and how many links should be included. You have to disclose that the review is sponsored. You have three days to complete the assignment after you accept it. You will be paid every two weeks through PayPal. You can sign up here.

Last, but not least, is BloggerWave. You need to sign up for an account here. You will then submit your blogs and they will be reviewed within two to three days. You decide what assignments you would like to take, which can be as simple as a link back to their web site to reviewing a product. You will then submit the post link to BloggerWave. You will then get paid after 30 days through PayPal.

As you can see there are many opportunities out there for you to earn money through blogging. It is important to create a blog now, if you haven't already. You will then be on your road to success. Remember to keep your blogs updated at least three times a week. This will ensure that you will receive the jobs that you deserve. Always remember to be honest on your blog, but professional and you will attract readers. I personally have seven different blogs that I upkeep. They are a variety of topics, which all receive assignments from these companies. Therefore it is important to not have narrow topics, but have more vast general ones. Always remember to have fun with your blogs, and it will be rewarding to you in life.

There is an error in the title. It should simply be "blog" rather than "web blog" since "blog" is actually a shortened form of "web log."
