These are the ingredients that you need to have and how they should be prepared prior to cooking.
18 oz of ground beef
4 oz of grated cheese
¼ cup of celery
¼ tsp of black pepper
¼ cup of breadcrumbs
4 cloves of garlic that has been finely chopped
¼ cup of water
1 cup of olive oil
3 eggs
½ tsp of salt
¼ cup of all purpose flour
Now that you have all your ingredients ready and prepared, let us go into the actual cooking.
1. Get a container and put in the ¼ cup of breadcrumbs along with the ¼ cup of water. Stir it and then put in the 18 oz of ground beef.
2. Get a bowl and crack the 3 eggs and mix them together. Put them in the container with the breadcrumbs, water and the beef.
3. Next you will want to add in the 4 oz of grated cheese, the finely chopped garlic along with the ¼ cup of celery.
4. Then put in the ½ tsp of salt as well as the ¼ tsp of black pepper.
5. After you have finished with that task, stir all of the ingredients together that are in the container. Make sure to mix everything really well.
6. When everything has been mixed, separate a small section (about the size of an egg) and make it into a ball. Do this until there is no mix left in the container. Then roll each one of them with the 1/4 cup of all purpose flour.
7. Get a pan and preheat it. When the pan has been heated, put in the 1 cup of olive oil. Start putting in your beef mix and fry all of it up. You will know each one is done when it turns a golden brown color. It is now ready to be served!
So breakout some buns and put those hamburgers on them! Eat it with ketchup, mustard, mayo and add some veggies to each one. I hope you enjoy it. Happy eating!
