Low Calorie Green Bean Casserole:
Ingredients:
28 oz. can cut green beans
1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1/2 cup skim milk
6 tb. french fried onions
Directions:
Mix together soup, milk, and pepper to taste. Stir in green beans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle onions on top and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes.

Low Calorie Cake
This is one of my favorite family recipes! You will love this recipe, because it is so versatile. If you want a chocolate cake, vanilla cake, or strawberry cake you can make all of those with this recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cake mix any flavor( I prefer vanilla.)
1 ½ cups of low fat applesauce
1 can of any flavor of diet soda (I prefer diet cherry sprite)
1 container of low fat icing
Directions:
Follow the directions on the back of the cake mix EXCEPT when asked to add eggs and oil DON'T! Instead you will be substituting in the applesauce and diet soda. If the cake mix calls for milk, be sure and use fat free or skim milk.
When applying the icing make sure to only use one or two servings of icing.
Calories per serving: 150-200
Low Calorie Barbecue Chicken
Ingredients
4 chicken legs
4 chicken thighs
1 C ketchup
1 can of diet coke
1/2 C of finely diced onions or dried onions
Garlic powder to taste
Red/Cayenne pepper to taste, optional
Directions:
Brown chicken in pan. Mix other ingredients together. Drain fat from chicken, return chicken to pan. Cover chicken with wet mixture. Cover pan & leave on low - med/low heat until done. Approx 20-30 minutes.
Calories per serving: 310
