Greed

Greed

So many have traded happiness for sorrow
because of greed.
Their life flowed peacefully until this monster

their mistake

a friend.
When their next journey begins, I wonder

This was wonderfully writtne Conrad, and so true. Greed is a sneeky little thing that can easily get out of control. Thank you for this great poem.
