8 oz feta cheese - crumbled
16 oz plain yogurt - greek style yogurt ideally
1 cup black olives - chopped
1 cup green olives - chopped
1/4 cup scallions - finely chopped
8 garlic cloves - finely minced
1/4 cup dill - fresh finely chopped
1/2 cup parsley - fresh finely chopped
3 tbsp oregano, dried
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt to taste

Directions for Greek Island Dip

Mix All Ingredients Well In Medium Size Bowl
Begin by mixing the yogurt, feta cheese, olive oil and lemon juice until smooth. Add olives, scallions, parsley, dill,oregano, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours.

Serve With Vegetables, Pita Chips or Pita Bread Slices
Serve chilled. Try a Greek dry red or white wine with it.
