Greek Natural Cosmetics for Your Inner Goddess

Beauty Products Made with Ancient Greek Knowledge of Botany and Herbal Therapies

Vicki Nikolaidis
Fresh Line beauty products are unique to any other because the recipes have been developed from ancient Greek recipes then handed down by a great great-grandmother to a granddaughter. Mayra Vagioni-Stasinopoulus, the founder of the company, is the lucky granddaughter. An Animated Fairy Tale of Greek Fresh Line describes the magical journey started in Zakynthos so many generations ago, traveled to a cozy shop in Athens and now can be found around the world.

A Greek ancient myth names each product line; such as the men's collection, Olympic Zeus concocted with myrrh and incense. You can also find the following collections.
Apollo made with herbs and green tea,
Athena with olive oil, and
Amfriti made with lemon and jasmine.

Some soaps are shaped like cookies and tarts with names like "Gourmet soap cookies"," "Gourmet Lemon Tart," and "Gourmet Soap Cream Tart" which is like a vanilla cream tart with a cherry in the center. You will even find inviting looking soap in the shape of decorated baked cakes so you can decorate your bathroom with something beautiful for your parties; cut slices of the soap cake and place in your bathroom for a special surprise for visitors.

The Fresh Line shops are full of colorful items such as transparent soaps, aromatic bath balls, scents and cosmetics. One of my favorite designs and scents is that of beautiful, red heart-shaped soap with white roses on the top, perfect for your Valentine.

Visiting the Fresh Line website and Facebook Fresh Line Cosmetics Official Page are almost as fun as visiting one of the shops which can be found around the world. On the website you will find sale items. Photos and important information can be found on the official Facebook page. For example, to find out how to have products sent to the USA you can write to this email address, info@freshline.gr.

I have tried a small sample of several products available. I have mainly used soaps and body products for women. A mother and baby line and a gift line, for example, also exist. When I have shared gift baskets filled with Fresh Line products, the receiver has always been thrilled.

I want to share a list of products I have tried. My skin felt very clean and softer after using them. The names are very descriptive.

Rose petals body milk
Chocolate body mousse
Peach melba soap
Honey ambrosia bath syrup
Aphrodite detox shower gel
Oinochoos grape sorbet soap (handcrafted)
Soaps with daisies on top (handcrafted)

On the Fresh Line web site you will find a recipe to make your own face cream from banana, avocado, honey and vodka plus essential oils. The recipe is from "Secret Beauty Recipes" by Mayra Vagioni-Stasinopoulos, Fereniki Publications.

I highly recommend these products. The body products make a person feel very special, perhaps even, Goddess-like!

Hello Jillian! I'm glad, I was hoping you would be interested. I really like the Fresh Line products. Even to just go in the shop and pick up the pretty soaps to smell the scents. There are several Greek natural cosmetic companies with good products. I'll write about them too.
