Green Eggs Ingredients

- 4 Oz of Ham

- 8 Eggs

- 2 Tbls Milk

- 1/4 Cup Chopped Chives

- 1/8 Cup Chopped Parsley

- 1/4 Tsp Salt

- 1/4 Tsp Pepper

- 1/4 Tsp Basil

- 1 Tbl Margarine

- 2-3 Drops of Green Food Coloring

Green Food Recipe Directions for St. Patrick's Day - Green Eggs

Start off by dicing the ham, or just cutting into small pieces if children are assisting you. Then, in a medium-sized bowl, combine eggs, milk, ham, salt, pepper, chives, parsley, and basil and whisk. Next, heat the butter in the frying pan and add the egg mixture once melted. When the eggs are in the frying pan, add the green food coloring. Stir the scrambled eggs until the desired firmness. Serve with Irish Sausage or bacon and toast. You should use two eggs per person eating. This recipe will serve four adults.
