Green Paradise Salad

Salad is one of the healthiest foods in the world. There are many varieties of salad around the world. Unfortunately not many people like salads, they prefer fries and hamburgers. But a hamburger can never be as nutritious as a salad. The salads include vegetables or fruits which have a lot of vitamins. Most of the kids don't like salads but as soon as they grow up, they will understand how important salads are. I never ate salad when I was a kid but now I try to eat almost every day. I invented this recipe few years ago and since that time, it has been my favorite.

Ingredients

10 or 15 leaves of celery

A pinch of salt

1 midsized lettuce

2 tomatoes

1 cup pecans

1 lemon

2 leaves of rocket (arugula) this is not necessary if you cannot find

½ cup olive oil (100 ml)

Chop the leaves of the celery and lettuce into very small pieces and put them in a bowl. Add the salt and mix it with celery and lettuce leaves. You can either put the rocket leaves on the side of the plate or chop them into small pieces put them on the salad. Chop the tomatoes into cubes and put them on the mixture. Blend the pecans with a blender and then put it on the tomato cubes. Squeeze the lemon in a small cup and add the olive oil into this cup. Pour this mixture on the salad and bon appétit.
