Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 cans sweet green peas
1 tsp. black pepper
Method
Mix together first five ingredients well. Add green peas and black pepper. Mix well and refrigerate.
