I was at a Japanese cultural festival, maybe 10 years ago. There was a Japanese man from Japan selling and informing people of the benefits of green tea. I had heard something about the benefits back then but there wasn't much information in the media at that time. He mostly mentioned the health benefits of drinking it. As an aside though, he said save the used tea leaves and place it in chees cloth and put it in your bath. He just said it would be good for your skin. Just a couple of years ago I decided I would just buy some cheap green tea bags that I prefer not to drink and just add the tea bags to my bath. I think it does give me softer smoother skin. I do it as a soaking bath not a cleansing bath so there is no need to rinse off. Wash before you soak. If you drink green tea you should purchase quality tea leaves and drink it that way. I grew up drinking at least 1 - 2 cups of tea a day and never experienced any real acne problems. Try the bath, a box of 100 cheap green
