Greenwich Place at Town Center Apartments in Owings Mills, Maryland

Since I moved to Maryland 5 years ago, I have lived in the Owings Mills area. Owings Mills is a suburb of Baltimore (which is just 20 minutes away), and as a designated growth area for Baltimore County, more and more businesses and people alike are choosing to make Owings Mills, MD their home. There are many apartments for rent in Owings Mills, and one of the newest apartment complexes in the area is Greenwich Place at Town Center.

The Greenwich Place apartments and townhouses are located in the Owings Mills Mall complex off of Red Run Blvd. But don't let the location fool you...just because you are next to a mall, all of the apartments have a courtyard view, so when you look outside, you'll see a nicely landscaped garden area. The community is gated, so you need a remote to get your car inside (residents can buzz guests in), and parking is controlled with a permit system, although guests are free to park in the mall lot directly across the street.

The apartments themselves are beautiful, with new appliances, hardwood kitchens, gas fireplaces, and full-size washers and dryers in each unit. Residents also have access to a beautiful new clubhouse with a 5-star gym, movie theater, and even a "cyber-café." It really is stunning...you almost have to see the resident clubhouse to believe it. All this beauty doesn't come without a price tag though; Greenwich Place at Town Center is one of the most expensive apartment complexes in Owings Mills, Maryland. I rented a two bedroom/two bathroom unit for almost $1300 per month.

The Greenwich Place apartments and townhouses are run by Bozzuto Management Group, which is one of the premier multi-family management companies in the Baltimore region. Bozzuto Management is one of the better companies I have leased an apartment from. The staff members in the leasing office at Greenwich Place were always very friendly and helpful, and any time I had a maintenance request, it was promptly handled within 24-hours. Bozzuto Management seems to go above and beyond what most management companies will do to keep their residents happy, which is definitely a big consideration when moving into a new apartment.

All in all, I was very happy with my leasing experience at Greenwich Place at Town Center in Owings Mills, and I would recommend the apartments and townhouses there to anyone looking to rent a place to live in the Owings Mills, Maryland area. The homes are beautiful, the property is well managed, and the staff is a pleasure to work with.
