Grey's Anatomy: Season Five Spoilers - Grey's Anatomy has been announced to start on September 25th for a fifth season. I know we are all dying to know what will happen between Mer and Der and the infamous relationship that sparked between Callie and Erica aka Callica. And will Izzie really be killed off?

Here are some answers to satisfy your boggling brain.

There will be a slight time lapse between the end of season four and the beginning of season five. Possibly a few weeks, Grey's Anatomy Insider says, "...more than a few days and less than a month."

There are rumors going around that someone at Seattle Grace is pregnant and fingers are pointing to Callie. However, Grey's Anatomy Insider says a reliable source says this isn't true.

Rose won't be quick to leave after being dumped by McDreamy. Will she stick around to cause romantic trouble between Mer and Der? Sources from the set say Rose keeps things cool around Meredith, but will most likely have an emotional outburst when she is around Derek.

Shonda Rhimes, Grey's Anatomy creator, says they have an interesting yet funny way of laying out the storyline between Callie and Erica. Things will most likely be awkward between them as they try to define themselves as lesbians. It's bound to be good entertainment since both of them will be dealing with new emotions as well as "coming out of the closet.'

After Katherine Heigl removed herself from the Emmy Award nomination process, saying she didn't feel that she was given the proper script work to win such a prestigious award, rumors starting surfacing of Izzie being killed off. Izzie may develop a brain tumor and see visions of her beloved, Denny Duquette. And since sources have confirmed that Denny will be back in season five many are wondering if this is true. "A rep for ABC commented only briefly, saying, 'We can confirm that [Jeffrey Dean Morgan] will be back, but we are not releasing any further details" (Source: Grey's Anatomy Insider).

I am personally wondering if there will be an romance brewing between roommates, Lexie and George.
