Grilled Hawaiian Hamburgers

Mimi Bleu
1 pound of ground meat
4 tablespoons of steak sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 clove of garlic finely minced
Pinch of sea salt
4 slices canned pineapple
4 fresh slices of red pepper
4 fresh slices of yellow pepper
4 maraschino cherries without stems
4 pieces of aluminum foil

Combine ground meat, steak sauce, onion , garlic and sea salt together in large bowl by hand.
Shape into 4 patties.
Place each pattie on a piece of aluminum foil
Layer, a slice of red pepper, yellow pepper and pineapple, place the cherry in the middle of the pineapple slice.
Fold foil loosely over pattie.
Grill for 10 minutes per side.
Test pattie for doneness before serving.
Makes 4 servings
