Ingredients

Serves 6
12 oz Tortilla Chips
3 cups Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
3/4 cup Jalapeno peppers
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cups Salsa
2 peeled and pitted Avocados
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Directions for Grilled Nachos Grande

Cut aluminum foil enough to hold tortilla chips. Do it twice for double the thickness. Put chips in foil. Sprinkle with cheese and jalapeno peppers. Close foil and heat the grill. Put foil wrapped tortilla in center of low grill. Cook 5 minutes. Put in bowl and serve with sour cream, salsa and avocado topped with lemon juice.
Tip
Heat grill to medium before putting nachos on it and once cooked. Serve hot!
