Ground Zero Mosque Investor Sent Money to Terror Group
Hisham Elzanaty is a significant investor in the development of the mosque near Ground Zero. Elzanty gave over six-thousand dollars to the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) terrorist group.
Elzanaty claimed he thought he was contributing money to orphans, in essence he was; HLF was sending money to the widows and orphans of "martyrs" engaged in terror attacks perpetrated by Hamas.
Fox News broke the story and has a copy of the HLF return itemizing Elzanty's contribution.
The Egyptian born Elzanaty teamed up with Sharif El-Gamal, head of Soho Properties. Soho Properties purchased the old Burlington Coat Factory building at 45-47 Park Place for 4.8 million dollars in cash. The building connected to 45-51 Park Place is owned by Con Ed. Sharif El-Gamal paid an extra $700,000 to take over the lease from the utility company, which expires in 2071.
Five-years ago El-Gamal was a waiter in NYC, today he is making multi-million dollar real estate deals, in cash, with a man that funneled money to a convicted terror group.

President Obama has doubled down on Bush's failed policies and extended the U.S. government's relationship with the radical imam in charge of the mega mosque. Obama endorsed the project during Ramadan festivities at the White House.
The Obama administration is so adamant about their support for Imam Rauf's Initiative that Nancy Pelosi wants an investigation into U.S. citizens opposing the mosque's location.
At least the journalist Charles Leaf is following the mosque's money trail.

Imam Rauf's wife Daisy Khan, partner of the Initiative and spokesperson recently said this when asked about moving the mosque, "We have too important a moment to back down. We have to take our opponents and transform them." She also blamed "Republicans" for the opposition.
Are you ready to be "taken" and "transformed"?
Who else wanted to fundamentally transform America? There should be no question why President Obama would endorse such a radical endeavor.
CAIR has been an outspoken mouthpiece trumpeting the support of the Cordoba Initiative. They have been demonizing those opposing the Ground Zero mosque and like the radical imam's wife CAIR blames Republicans for what they call a rise in "Islamophobia" stemming from the controversy surrounding the Ground Zero mosque.
CAIR is considered to be America's largest Muslim civil liberties advocacy organization.
CAIR is also an unindicted co-conspirator of HLF; the same convicted terror group that the Ground Zero mosque investor sent money to.
HLF was also considered to be the largest Islamic charity in America as they were sending millions of dollars to Hamas. Imam Rauf went to great lengths refusing to denounce Hamas.
Coincidences? It behooves all freedom loving Americans to determine and to investigate.

Thanks Tony for doing all the exhaustive research on these great news pieces, I'm glad I can count on you for great NY reporting! Maybe you know if Imam's wife is any relation to Genghas Khan? And blood money building a place of worship, what kind of fake religion does that??? Certainly no legitimate religion would do that and call it holy, just one blonde's opinion!!!
very informative this is information I was aware of but it's good to see it getting out.this mosque is to mark victory as Islam has always done in the past.hopefully the useful idiots of the west won't let the victories pile up.
Your news does not come from a reliable source. However, if you have reliable sources, then it is your duty to hand the information over to the proper authorities. I know Obama's statement about the Mosque. It related only to the US Constitution. He is not a Muslim nor a supporter of terorist groups. another very detailed report. that charles leaf video clip is telling--if El Gamal's name were Capone or Gotti, the DOJ would be all over him for Income Tax Evasion and the RICO Act. where's all this avalanche of foreign cash coming from? the poppy? ..Iran?....Bin Laden?
