Grumpy Troll Brewery, Restaurant & Pizzeria in Mount Horeb is right off the Trollway, the main road that runs through town. A beautiful, rustic burg, Mount Horeb is also home to a Mustard Museum .
Brewmaster Mark Knoebl has always made yummy ales and lagers. However, due to the mineral composition in area wells, he has artfully altered the pH in order to brew even better beer. My favorite is Maggie, an Imperial Pale Ale. Here's what another reviewer thinks .
