Directions for Guacamole - Kicked Up and Cool

1
Prepare Salsa Mixture - A Mixture of All Ingredients Except Avocados
In a southwestern or mexican style serving bowl, mix tomatoes, minced garlic, minced red onions, chopped jalapenos, chopped chipotle peppers, mayonnaise, lime juice, tequila, cilantro, cayenne pepper and salt.
2
Mash Avocado and Salsa Mixture
For maximum freshness, peel, core and mash avocados right before serving. Add Salsa mixture and mix very well. Serve with your favorite corn or tortilla chips.
Tip
For Maximum Freshness and Flavor, Make The Guacamole Just Before Serving. If you prepare it in advance, spray lime juice on the surface of the guacamole and tightly cover the bowl with plastic rap to keep it from darkening. Secure plastic wrap with a rubber band to assure an air tight seal. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
