Annual Halloween Celebration BooHaHa on Brookside

Do you need a safe, fun place to celebrate Halloween with your children? Take your kids to BooHaHa on Brookside in Tulsa. The Annual event has become Oklahoma's largest one-day Halloween celebration and attracts more than 10,000 visitors. The day is filled with costume contests, games, pet contests, and concludes with a parade in the early afternoon. BooHaHa is always on the Saturday before Halloween. The day starts out with Brookside Lion's Club Pancake Breakfast at Trinity United Methodist Church at 7:00 a.m. Fun for the children begins at 10:00 a.m. with Trick or Treating from 33rd Street to 51st Street on South Peoria. Many churches and groups provide Kid Zones with all kinds of childrens activities from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. There will be a Pet Costume Contest at 12:00 p.m. and the Children's Costume Contest will be held in Albertsons parking lot at 1:30 p.m. The Adult costume contest will be at Fox Collision Center at 2:00 p.m. The Annual BooHaHa Halloween Parade will be on the streets of Brookside (Peoria Avenue) at 3:00 p.m.
Parking is limited so try to carpool if possible. It's always fun to go in a group anyway! There will be food given away, pictures, face painting, trick-or-treating, costume contests, clowns, and a parade. You are sure to have a BooHaHa of a time!

Post a Commentwent to the Ghouls Gone Wild in Oklahoma City, it was great. The kicker....it was at night! not the middle of the day like Boo Haa Haa. Tulsa needs to make the parade at night and add some more of the actual halloween flavor into the event.
