Ready FarmVille players? Zynga's popular Facebook game FarmVille has added yet another new project for us to build! The FarmVille pigpen is a place where pigs can live, gather, and eat in a place all their own. The FarmVille pigpen makes a great complement to the chicken coop and nursery. It's also a fairly easy project to complete, especially if you have a large network of FarmVille neighbors.

Building a FarmVille Pigpen

The FarmVille pigpen really should be a much easier task for most to complete than other projects. Why? Because unlike many of the other FarmVille building projects (which often take 50 items to build), the FarmVille pig pen requires only 24 items.

Here's a breakdown of what you'll need to complete your FarmVille pigpen:

8 Bricks
8 Nails
8 Wooden boards

You can have only 1 pigpen on your FarmVille farm at a time. While they are offered for free, you can also buy a FarmVille pigpen for 5,000 coins. Don't forget though, even if you buy a FarmVille pigpen frame, you still have to gather 24 construction items to actually complete the pigpen project!

FarmVille Pigpen Tips

Don't forget to let all your friends know you're building a FarmVille pigpen! Be sure you list out what you need for materials so that you can start getting the bricks, nails, and wooden boards you need.

Of course, if you don't like waiting for friends to send you all the items you need, you can complete the FarmVille pigpen by simply buying each item you'll need for the pigpen. This will, however, cost you 1 FarmVille Cash per item.
