Guide to Casinos in Colorado

Luke M.
When I first went to a casino, I had just turned 21. That is the legal age to gamble here in Colorado, afterall. For every birthday in the household thereafter, we would return to this one casino. They had a great restaurant buffet upstairs. They had great slot games. Of course, the slots weren't always paying off. When they did, I think we lost more than we gained. But, the entire family had a good time. I think I came down with a gambling addiction, made worse whenever I would win. So, when I actually won upwards of $100 at one of the slot games, you can imagine how much I wanted to go back and try my luck once more. Alas, the family has not returned to this casino since.

For anyone who is staying or living in Colorado, I thought it would be good to give them a list of casinos throughout the state and the addresses. Look closely. I also added a few reviews I found in my research.

One thing I did notice while doing my research was how two of the same kind of casinos were at the same address in two different towns. If you found this casino at 555 Main St. in Golden, you might find the same casino in Golden at 555 Main St. It seemed wild when I first saw it. But, I guess from a marketing stand point, this does make sense. Why not make the search for your casino easier on gamblers.

Black Haw is really unique. Carved out of the mountain. I like Cripple Creek, too. Only thing was Colorado had a $5.00 limit on table games.
