Come and celebrate Fourth of July at SeaWorld Adventure Park. Not only can visitors view a stunning fireworks display this Independence Day but there are several exhibits, shows and attractions here. It's fun for the entire family. During the month of July, SeaWorld will be open until 11:00 p.m. so you don't have to leave right after the fireworks. Admission into the Park for adults is $57.00, $47.00 for children ages 3 to 9 and free for visitors who are 2 and younger. Parking is $10.00.
Fireworks Cruise
Time: Cruise lasts from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Location: On North Harbor Drive in San Diego
How would you like to be see fireworks while on board a ship? It sounds amazing right? Well the Maritime Museum is hosting a cruise where visitors can view fireworks on board the Californian. This vessel was built in 1984 and is an accurate replica of Revenue Cutter C.W. Lawrence from 1847. Just four years ago, it was given the official title of tall ship of the state of California. This is the only vessel to carry this title. The Californian will actually participate in the fireworks display and you will observe the strength of this vessel's six-pound deck guns. There will also be a bar on board. Admission is $65.00 per person.
Coronado Fourth of July All Day Celebration
Time: 9:00 p.m.
Location: Coronado
Coronado Island is hosting an all day celebration in honor of Independence Day for visitors. At 7:00 a.m. they will have their annual marathon followed by Art in the Park as well as a rough water swim. At 10:00 a.m. the Independence Day Parade starts. At 4:30 p.m. they will have a concert in Spreckles Park and the music is by West Coast Ironworks. Finally at 9:00 p.m. the fireworks will start over Glorietta Bay. If you are near a radio, be sure to have it set at
KYXY 96.5 as the fireworks will be in unison with the music.
Lake Murray Music Festival
Time: 9:05 p.m.
Location: San Carlos
The Lake Murray Music Festival assures visitors that it will be a an enjoyable day for the entire family. Visitors will be entertained by three bands and shortly after, fireworks will ensue. Ayanna & The Exiles will be on from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. followed by Alli @ The Cats from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and finally, Liquid Blue will be on from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The fireworks display will start at approximately 9:05 p.m. The best part about this day is that the entertainment is completely free for everyone.
