The idea for this Las Vegas production came about seven years ago when George Harrison met with Guy Laliberte who created Cirque du Soleil. This show brings the music of The Beatles and Cirque du Soleil and blends them as one. It uses music that was recorded at the famous Abbey Road Studios as well as characters from their songs. The show recently had their one year anniversary back in June where Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney, Yoko Ono along with Olivia Harrison met to honor John Lennon and George Harrison with a plaque. It is currently at The Mirage where attendees of the show can view it.
Matsuri

This Japanese production Matsuri, is fairly new to Las Vegas. It opened up at the end of May. Their run as of right now is indefinitely. This musical production has top athletes along with medalists from the Olympics performing stunning acrobatics and stunts. Throw in a little comedy, music and dance into the mix and you got Matsuri. The word Matsuri means festival so this show is a celebration of sorts. There are dinner packages available to those interested. Please note that children must be 5 years or older to attend this Las Vegas show.
Ice Direct From Russia
Price: $59.95 and up
Location: Riviera inside the Versailles Theatre
This Las Vegas show features 42 athletes from Russia performing amazing feats all on ice. They show you their incredible acrobatic skills. It uses the work of Sergey Ryshkoff. He is the one responsible for Moscow's Circus On Ice. VIP sections are available to those that are interested.
America's Tribute to Neil Diamond with Jay White

Location: Riviera inside the Le Bistro Theatre
Where would Las Vegas be without their impersonators? We have here Jay White starring as Neil Diamond. He has been entertaining audiences at the Riviera since 1999. It is said that White emulates Diamond so well in his voice, look and mannerisms that he has gained many fans over the years. In fact there are two fans that are extremely important to White. It is Neil Diamond himself along with his own mother. Diamond was so impressed with White named him as one of his preferred tribute performers. If Neil Diamond himself gives his recommendation, you can't go wrong with this Las Vegas show. Please note that children must be 5 years or older to attend.
