Check Your Medicine Cabinets for These Recalled Pain Medicines
Benadryl Allergy: Ultra tablets.
Tylenol Extra Strength: Various types of the extra strength Tylenol tablets have been recalled. They include cool caplets, EZ Tabs, gels, tablets, rapid release gels.
Regular Strength Tylenol is also on the recall list. Recalled regular strength Tylenol includes both caplets and tablets.
Tylenol 8 Hour: Caplet form.
Tylenol Arthritis: Includes caplets and geltabs.
Tylenol P.M.: Includes caplets, gel tabs, and rapid release.
Children's Tylenol: Includes meltaways.
Motrin Recall: Includes tablets and capsule shaped tablets.
Junior Strength Tylenol: The recall includes tablets and chewable Tylenol.
Tylenol Simply Sleep: Recall includes capsules.
Rolaids Extra Strength: Includes fruit, cherry, tropical punch and freshmint flavors.
Rolaids Original Strength: Recall is for the Peppermint flavor.
Rolaids Multisystems: Berry flavor is recalled.
St. Joseph's aspirin Recall: Includes chewable and regular coated aspirin.
All of the recalled McNeill medicines have a NDC Code starting with 50680. This number can be found on the side of the bottle. Check www.mcneilproductrecall.com for a list of all the recalled products, which includes a picture of the recalled medicine with the quantity, the full NDC number of each item, the lot number and UPC code. Discontinue using any recalled items and call the McNeil Consumer line at 1-888-222-6036 or check on line for instructions on disposing and/or getting a refund or replacement.
