Magic secateurs are usually stored with a tool leprechaun and wielded during the farming run. Depending on which patches are being farmed, combat level, and what methods of travel are being used, death can be likely and magic secateurs do not appear at the gravestone at death.
RuneScape players can use magic secateurs as a weapon, but with the single digit offense stats, the use as a weapon has only two significances. They are the only weapon that can damage tanglefeet and by storing and withdrawing it from a tool leprechaun as a weapon in Entrana.
Magic secateurs protect on death at a value of 1gp. Should a player have three or more items of greater value, they are destroyed and do not appear at the RuneScape player's gravestone.
To replace Magic Secateurs, RuneScape players need to visit Malignius Mortifer found west to southwest of the Draynor/Falador farming allotment. Players can buy a replacement for 40k coins.
