A normal day at in Gulf Shores include people swimming in the warm salty water and children building sand castles. There are a ton of things to do there from tanning, swimming, bars, night clubs boating, and even water sports there is something for everyone to do. Don't worry about life guards not being around because most beaches in Gulf Shores have life guards on duty. When you finally realize that you are hungry don't worry there are tons of a great restaurants nearby and you're sure to find a festival or two happening during your visit.

Gulf Shores has become known as the American Riviera because of its beautiful weather and crystal clear waters. The beaches in Gulf Shores are wonderfully relaxing for everyone, the sun shines down on the sand making it look like there are tiny crystals everywhere and the ocean in the background gently moving the sand back and forth. What's more relaxing than that? It's a piece of heaven.

The only time I wouldn't recommend going to the Gulf Shores is during the winter as it's not much fun to be at the beach during the cold season.

The one of the main reasons tourists are drawn to Alabama is the states huge selection of water parks and beaches. There are many great places to visit, from the states lakes, rivers, and the two most popular places Orange Beach and the Gulf Shores.

Orange beach has the largest charter fishing fleet in Alabama with a total of 88 registered boats in the fleet. The great thing for fisherman here is the variety of fish that are available everything from Red Snappers to Blue Marlins.

The best beach for beach activities is Roma Beach, but if you are wanting to party and have a good time then you will want to visit Gulf Shores Public Beach as it's known as the party beach. This beach has a boardwalk where you can eat dinner during the one of the beautiful sunsets and when you are ready to kick back and relax visit one of the beach bars to get a nice cold drink.

The Pink Pony Pub is a great place to kick start your night of partying. The party starts at Pink Pony around 9pm and doesn't stop until 3am with live music from local and visiting bands.

If you make your way over to Wolf Bay then you'll want to visit the Waterfront Park. This park is one of the best places to visit with your family, there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy. It includes a 400' fishing pier that has covered pavilions and seating, an area with BBQ grills to get your Q on.

Gulf Shores is becoming one of America's fastest growing tourist cities. The area is a great location for families to visit and have a relaxing time and fall in love with nature again. What are you waiting for? Go ahead and start planning your family's next vacation to beautiful Gulf Shores.
