Most people don't know
About Guy Fawkes Day
You're missing great history
I will have to say
Born on April 13, 1570
Their family had begun
He had two little sisters
Brothers he had none
Leaving school at a young age
He decided to become a footman
Then fought for the Spanish Catholic
For a long ten year span
He may have been married
And had a child of his own
Coming from a secondary source
No real proof being shown
He was part of a group
That planned the Gunpowder Plot
But hours before it happened
In the cellar he was caught
Occurred during the early hours
It's the 5th of November
On Guy Fawkes Night
His effigy is burned to an ember

Interesting history lesson wrapped in a poem -- cool!
As Desi would have said to Lucy... "That 'splains it, honey!"

Great job. I agree with Shane.
